How Scooters Chicken Got Started.
Brandon J. Hidalgo noticed a void in food industry offerings. The void (not being able to feed his family great food, at a good price, in a short time frame) presented the opportunity he was looking for.
To fill this void, Brandon applied years of experience gained in the Quick Service Restaurant industry and dedicated his time to create the “SCOOTERS CHICKEN” concept. His goal was to develop and franchise Scooters into an international food chain success.
The highlight of the menu consists of cook-to-order fried chicken offered in two flavors: Original and Xtreme. Xtreme chicken is the best thing to hit the food industry in a long time. It makes taste buds go wild! Also available is Scooters juicy, seasoned, oven-roasted rotisserie chicken, complete with original classic side dishes and homemade honey buttered cheese biscuits.
Scooters Chicken Today
Our flagship store opened to great success in 2007. It is producing fabulous sales, while exposing customers to the dynamic Scooters Chicken concept. Our second location opens June of 2008 inside the Oakwood Center in Gretna. The third location is scheduled to open on Lapalco Boulevard in Harvey later in 2008. That location will be equipped with a drive-thru, dine-in-room, carryout, and an awesome outside seating package for families to enjoy.
Because of the rapid acceptance of our brand, the goal for Scooters Chicken is to have 100 units under different stages of development by December 2011. So what are you waiting for? Go Xtreme!
